Our family would like to withdraw from Heart of the Hills Swim Club.

I (we) understand that a refund of my (our) membership bond (less any outstanding charges) will be issued once I (we) have returned my (our) signed and notarized* 'Certificates of Indebtedness' and my (our) membership position as been filled.

*Bonds must be signed by all owners listed on the face.
