Withdrawal

Any member on the rolls as of the date of the annual meeting will be billed for the annual dues.

If you have made the decision to withdraw your membership, please notify the Business Manager either by completing the form below or mailing notice to PO Box 80083, Rochester, MI 48308.

Withdrawal From Heart of the Hills Swim Club

If notice is received by the date of the annual meeting and your original signed and notarized certificate(s) are returned before March 10, you will not be responsible for annual dues and your membership bond will be refunded as soon as the vacant membership position is filled.

Members withdrawing after the annual meeting and/or not returning their bonds by March 10 will be charged a $50 late withdrawal fee and will be responsible for annual dues unless/until their membership position is filled.

Members withdrawing during the swim season may receive a refund of a portion of their dues if a replacement member can be found.

Please note that the entire withdrawal process normally takes about 8 weeks although it may be faster or slower depending on the time of year and response of those on the waiting list.
