SWIMMERS:
*Buddies are a long-standing tradition at Heart of the Hills. Athletes are paired up & cheer each other on throughout the season. Pairs usually include an experienced swimmer & someone new to the team. Swimmers make a “Buddy Bag” for each meet which could include a drink & snack.
**Each swimmer will receive the 2010 Heart Team T-shirt.
PARENT VOLUNTEERS
Every family is expected to help with team activities. Meets run faster & smoother when everyone is lending a hand. Besides it's fun! So catch the spirit & indicate your choice of activities below. You will be contacted by the committee chair to schedule work assignments. Thanks.
