Youth		$25.00 per clinic
Adult		$25.00 per clinic
Munchkins		$20.00 per clinic

Staff is hired according to the number of people who sign up for a clinic so please sign up only for those clinics you plan to attend.

It is your responsibility to verify enrollment and show up for clinics.
